I moved from Texas to Krakow, PL to live with my boyfriend (he’s from Krakow) and didn’t have a job, the pandemic + lockdowns, and being far from friends and family took a big toll on my mental health. But I was going through a very hard point recently. Now, I will say my life is still an in-progress experience (obviously, LOL) and life changes continuously. It was gifted to me by my boyfriend last year, but barely got around to reading it a few months ago. ![]() I was never really big on self-improvement books etc, but it has helped me jump start myself into gear.
